Warranty
Haley's Body Shop (Texarkana, Texas) shall warrant all repairs. subject to the conditions and limitations explained in this document, to meet industry standards under normal use and service for the warranty period.

Warranty Period
Haley's Body Shop shall warrant all workmanship. including refinishing, for all completed repairs as long as the customer owns the vehicle.

Warrantor's Obligations
Subject to the conditions and limitations explained in this document, Haley's Body Shop will repair or replace at its option. without charge to the owner, any vehicle repairs performed by Haley's Body Shop which reasonably appear to be defective.

Owner's Obligations
In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of the vehicle must do the following: present the owner's copy of this warranty and a copy of the repair order to Haley's Body Shop when requesting repairs. Allow Haley's Body Shop first opportunity to assess any possible problem and have any warranted repair, adjustment or inspection made only at the premises of Haley's Body Shop during normal business hours.

Time For Performance
Haley's Body Shop shall perform all of its obligations under this warranty within a reasonable time after the vehicle is delivered to shop premises and made available by the owner.

Limitations
Including but not limited to the following: Repairs made necessary by accident, abuse, owner's neglect, or failure to obtain prompt, reasonable and necessary service. Transportation and/or cost, loss of use of the vehicle, gas. lodging, personal property, or any other incidental damages not directly related. There is no implied warranty without this document.

Agreement
Upon signing this agreement. Haley's Body Shop and owner agree to make every reasonable effort to resolve any problem before taking any other course of action.
